2018.05.10 European Moth Night
As usual, I would like to invite you to take part in the European Moth Night event. Every year the number of sightings goes up, but in my opinion it's still too low. I hope this year will be better than the previous ones. All the details you can find in European Moth Night section.

2018.02.17 The new website is now in operation!

After nearly a year and a half intense work, the new website is ready. Before you start browsing, please read the important information about the new website.

The password system and account structure have been changed. Before you try to login, please go to the Forgot password page and generate a new password.

The old version of the website (European Butterflies and Moths) will be available for a while with the temporary address http://old.lepidoptera.eu and will then be closed.

I hope you will spend many pleasant moments here and that you will be encouraged to send in photos of species from outside Europe.
