Delias microsticha Rothschild & Jordan, 1904 |
New Guinea
Males are white, the forewings with the costal edge and a broad distal border black. This border gradually narrows posticad, reaching as far proximad as the base of R1, it is concave proximally, and slightly incised at the veins. The hindwings have a thin black distal border. In females, the black borders of the wings are broader, and the forewings bear a row of white, or yellowish-white, submarginal dots and the white area is slightly washed with yellow. | |
